The moment we first walked into the Marriott Columbus University Area, located just next to OSU campus, our jaws dropped. What appears from the outside to be your average hotel lobby is actually a modern, chic palace sort of space complete with a bar and large seating area. And our impression of the place only got better as we sat down with their lead catering manager, Diana.

Built and opened in 2017, the Marriott at OSU is a grand modern event center ready and waiting for brides looking for a downtown feel with plenty of parking to spare. Not a detail was overlooked, and Diana was there for the entire build from the ground up. She has a passion for weddings, couples, and for making sure every aspect of their wedding day is picture perfect.
